Six for Sunday Winter rereads

Hey everyone! It’s Sunday and I missed #SixforSunday last week so here I am tackling it this week! I really struggle with talking about my Christmas/Winter reads, as I’ve always just read whatever. I’m giving it a go though!

Six for Sunday – Winter Rereads

The Chronicles of Narnia
by C.S. Lewis

Whenever I think of winter reads I always think about Narnia. I haven’t read it since I was a kid so I’m probably due a reread! I’ve not even watched all of the films… does that make me a bad person?

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
by J.K. Rowling

Harry Potter has to be my favourite winter read! I mean, you can read it any time of the year but I just love Christmas at Hogwarts! I reread them all last year so I’m due another read soon!

The Slow Regard of Silent Things
by Patrick Rothfuss

This novella is just beautiful, and it’s been ages since I read it. I think Winter would be the perfect time to pick it up again.

Running with the Demon (Word & Void #1)
by Terry Brooks

I don’t know why this book came to mind but it’s amazing, all of Terry Brooks books are! So I guess I’d reread this at winter.

An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth
by Chris Hadfield

Picture it, you’re sat by the fire, snow outside and you’re reading about the the harrowing journeys of an astronaut. This book is fantastic and I definitely will be rereading it at some point!

The Sight (The Sight #1)
by David Clement-Davies

I haven’t read this for a long long time. I just remember there are wolves and snow, and what is more wintry than that?!

Have you read any of these (Other than HP and Narnia of course – I imagine we’ve all read those!)
