BBNYA (Book Blogger’s Novel of the Year Award) Logo and Panelist Badge Reveal!

Hi friends!! It’s been a hot minute but I come with the most EXCITING post!!

Unless you live under a rock, you MUST have heard of the Book Bloggers Novel of the Year Award! If you haven’t, you’re forgiven, I’ll just tell you about it!

What is Book Bloggers Novel of the Year Award

Its a huge endeavour where over 100 book bloggers are coming together to help celebrate indie and small press authors and hopefully find some really amazing, under appreciated books and give them a big boost in exposure. The whole thing is a massive joint effort and I’m so excited to be part of it!

Indie and small press authors do NOT get enough love, so this award is a step forward to try and change that, and I hope you will join us in celebrating these wonderful, talented people.

What is Book Bloggers Novel of the Year Award – Badges Reveal

A lot of people have come together to organise these awards, and Dave, who runs The Write Reads twitter, asked me to design logos/badges for the award, which I was ecstatic to do! With designing these logos/badges, I went with the colour scheme that had already been established for the awards and then incorporated the look and feel of The Write Reads itself.

Each blogger who has been selected for the panel is going get their very own badge to show off on their blog, and without further ado – here it is!

If you’re a panelist, you’ll get sent this – or you can just save it from here! It’s a web optimised file size so won’t take up too much space on your blog. Then you can put it wherever you’d like! It’s official, wax sealed and everything. I hope you like it!

I also designed this logo for the awards itself! Now you can also use these on your blogs if you’d like – there are two versions. One is just the wax seal and the other has a stack of books too! Both hand drawn by yours truly.
